Love bids us welcome

Children Welcome!

Children are a vibrant and a vital part of our life as a church, and seem to feel safe and at home as part of the congregation and in our wonderful church building.

On Sundays at 11.00, outside the holidays, we offer Godly Play Storytelling and Singing With Miranda for 4-11s, with a Creche space for accompanied babies and toddlers.

The general Sunday pattern is:

1st Sunday
All-age Worship
children and grown-ups together in church

2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays:
 Godly Play Storytelling
storytelling and wondering and making, in the Hall

4th Sunday
Singing with Miranda
real singing - real fun, in the Hall.

Children start with everyone else in the church and return in time to join in Communion.

Godly Play Storytelling

Children aged 4 to 12 are welcome to take part.

Godly Play respects the insights and experience the children bring to each session as they wonder about the great Bible storie and respond to them with craft activities.

The children begin in church, go out for their story and return in time for communion.

Singing with Miranda

During the 11.00 Service, children aged 4 to 12 are welcome to spend some time singing together, with vocal coaching from Miranda Colchester.

From time to time they will sing with the adults in the Eucharist or for special services.

Real singing - and real fun!

Keeping Everyone Safe

Everyone who works with children here has been vetted with the Swedish authorities to check for past offences.

Anyone with an offence against a child or minor is absolutely prohibited from working with children or vulnerable adults.
